In thinking and reading about the term prejudices, I’ve come up with some questions.

As I read prejudices are about the same as Gadamer’s ‘horizons’ or ‘life worlds’. If this is true, why another term to say the same thing. What are the possible differences between a person’s prejudices, their horizons, and their life worlds? What are the similarities? Where would we use each? I’m not sure these questions have been answered yet, or that prejudices have even been brought up yet in class (I don’t think they have).

Furthermore, I believe these we part of the Hermeneutic/Phenomenology theory. Is that correct?
